Welcome to the Amersham Seventh-day Adventist web site !
Thank you for visiting our web site providing forthcoming events, health programs, children's activities, video on demand, Amersham Seventh-day adventist history, free vegan vegetarian recipes, latest news and links to other useful online resources.
Our church is open every Saturday morning at 10 am commencing with a morning family service, followed by separate Adult and Children's Sabbath School study at 10.30am, completing the morning at 1PM with the main inspirational message.
Every fortnight, a fellowship lunch follows the morning services, and throughout the year we host special events for the local Amersham community.
Find us at the rear hall of the St Michael & All Angels Anglican Church, Sycamore Road, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, UK.
Amersham is surrounded by the beautiful Chiltern hills, and is only 45 minutes from central London. We are ten minutes walk from the Amersham train station (Metropolitan Line).
Please contact us should you have any questions or simply visit our online blog. We welcome all visitors and have special arts and crafts activities for children every week.
We enjoy nature walks and visits to the coast during the summer, and visiting special events in London including the Science, British and Natural History Museums during the winter. Would you like to join us ?
MISSION STATEMENT OF THE AMERSHAM SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH
The mission of the Amersham Seventh-day Adventist Church is to serve the local Amersham community via health programs, children's activities, and the sharing of the Everlasting Gospel as contained in Revelation 14:6-12.
It is our hope that many may choose Jesus Christ as their Personal Saviour from sin through the righteous merits of the "Lamb of God", and to prepare many for the soon return of our Lord and Saviour.
Our purpose as a church in Amersham is to live out the experience of Christ, through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, leaving an example for others.
